I spent a few hours Monday morning volunteering at the Toys For Tots Toy Distribution in Dubuque. I could see in the eyes and expressions from those participating that they were truly grateful for what the The Salvation Army Dubuque IA has made available to them and others in the region. There were many volunteers helping, including; numerous personal shoppers, a few members of the US Coast Guard were there helping carry their treasures, and we even had a shelf stocker,! Captain Laura & Cindy Kohlmann, Communications Director, organized a fabulous event!
